Userorbit Skill/Workflows
Support Workflows
Automate support with trigger-driven workflow graphs.
Workflows automate the support inbox: route by keywords, auto-label, assign, reply, escalate. A workflow has a trigger — manual, automatic (thread created, customer replied, status changed, and more), or scheduled — and a step graph that runs against threads.
Your agent can build the graph, publish it, trigger manual runs against specific threads, and inspect run history.
This guide covers the agent skill and API. For the full product, see Userorbit customer support.
Ask your agent
- Create a workflow that labels threads mentioning 'invoice' as Billing and assigns them to the billing queue
- Run the escalation workflow on this thread
- Show me the last runs of the auto-triage workflow
