Manage the people behind the feedback, votes, and support threads.

Subscribers are your end users inside Userorbit — the people voting on feedback, reading announcements, and opening support threads. The skill manages subscriber records and the custom contact properties you attach to them (plan, role, signup date, anything).

Ask your agent

Create a subscriber for jane@acme.com
Deactivate the test accounts
Add a 'plan' contact property so we can segment surveys by plan

Endpoints

All endpoints are POST https://api.userorbit.com/api/v1/<endpoint> with a Bearer API key and x-team-id header.

Endpoint	What it does
`subscribers.create`	Create (email, name)
`subscribers.list / count`	Browse and count
`subscribers.update / deactivate / delete`	Manage records
`contact-properties.create / list / update / delete`	Custom properties on contacts
