Userorbit Skill/Support
Support Inbox
Triage, reply, and resolve support threads with your agent.
The Userorbit support inbox unifies conversations from your widget, help center, portal, email, and Slack. The skill exposes the whole inbox: queues, full thread timelines with customer context, agent replies, private notes, labels, assignees, snoozing, and merging duplicates.
Side discussions let the agent loop in teammates over email or Slack without leaving the thread — ask engineering about a bug in a linked Slack thread, then resolve the discussion when it's answered.
This guide covers the agent skill and API. For the full product, see Userorbit customer support.
Ask your agent
- Go through the support todo queue and summarize each thread
- Reply to thread X with the fix instructions, then mark it done
- Leave a private note on the billing thread and assign it to Sarah
- Start a Slack side discussion with #engineering about this crash report
